It’s included for every client, not a premium tier, and you can run it yourself whenever you want.

Is reporting included, or is it an upgrade?

Full reporting is included for every Christopherson client. The dashboards, the deep dives, and the detail are part of your program, not a premium tier you have to buy up upgrade into.

Do I have to request reports, or can I run them myself?

Run them yourself, whenever you want. Spend, savings, compliance, vendor performance, and traveler movement are all self-service. If you’d rather your account team pull something for you, they still can, but you’re never waiting on a request to see your own data.

How current is the data?

Dashboards refresh on a regular cadence and are available on demand, so you’re always looking at an up-to-date picture of your program whenever you log in.

Can I get to the underlying detail, not just summaries?
